Service & Support
Shore Measuring Systems is your one-stop-source for grain moisture testing sales and service. We maintain a loaner inventory of moisture testers, so you are never out of operation while your equipment is down for repair. We are an authorized Ohaus dealer and handle their line of scales. These units are also backed by our service department. We can provide factory authorized warranty repairs, and loaner units are available. In addition to the OHAUS and Shore brands, we can provide service for other makes of grain moisture testers and scales.

How to Request Service:
If you need service, please contact us at 800-837-0863 to describe your equipment and issues. We will give you a quote for our labor rate and bench fees, and discuss shipping procedures. If you don't have original packaging for your unit, we can provide shipping containers to protect your equipment.

To better serve Shore's growing customer base, we have a service center dedicated to the repair and support of moisture testers and grain scales.
Reconditioned Equipment
From time to time, Shore gets used moisture testers as a trade-in on a new purchase deal. Whenever possible, we recondition this equipment for sale or for use as a part of our loaner inventory. Contact us if you have an interest in learning about any reconditioned products we might currently have.
